|Recommended: YesGreat place to call Home — The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.
|Recommended: YesMoving out 😭😪 — if you want to live in a quite, clean hidden but very close to major highways shopping place, you should move in to Brodmoor Villas. Professional employees, from the manager to the maintenance. I'm so sad that to move out from this place, I feel the same way 1st time leaving my parents house, unfortunately due to my husband's job in Allen Tx, we end up moving out after residing almost 4 years. If any changes in my husband's job, we ll back to this place without any doubt. We thank you 🙏🏾so much for putting up with us 😘 💜

|Recommended: YesBest place I have ever lived — I have lived here for 4 years and safety is very important to me. I have always felt safe. All my maintenance issues have always been addressed timely. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This is the best apartment complex I have ever stayed at.

If I have a question, concern or issue he will get me an answer or if needed he will always get back to me in a very timely manner. In fact both the management and staff are reliable and prompt on anything that I may need or inquiry about. This is a very clean and safe place to live. Parking has greatly improved, I am very satisfied with Broadmoor.

|Recommended: YesA small community — I chose Broadmoor Villas apartments because of the location, small community 100 units , and garage. The staff is very friendly and care about your concerns. I would imagine that some do not like the noise' from the airport, it does not bother me because I work in aviation and that noise' is the sound is money being made.
If you are fortunate enough to get an apartment here you should take it, they go very fast, there was a waiting list when I tried to move here.
