|Recommended: YesGreat quiet place to live at an affordable price. — If you are looking for a nice well priced place to live this is the place. This place has 100 units so it is very quiet. It is tucked away from main roads so you don't have a lot of road noise. However, it's very close to everything you need and an arrow shot away from DFW.
It does lack amenities you find at other apartments gym, dog park, etc. But, the apartment was built a long time ago before these things were a must. Every unit gets a garage included in the rent, and I think that more than makes up for it.

I would highly recommend living here. Special thanks to Michael the manager for everything. Always helpful and pleasant. He went above and beyond. Excellent maintenance staff. Things were fixed usually within a couple of hours if that long. If I ever move back to Dallas, I would like to move back here.
