|Recommended: YesGreat apartment for the rent — After doing research and visiting numerous apartment complexes in Irving we decided to move here. This place was the best in terms of what we would pay and what we would get. Having a garage is great Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is priceless and we don't have to provide it. The grounds are well lit and with it off the beaten path there is not much traffic that passes through or around the property. We find the apartment cozy, warm, and inviting. No regrets on choosing Broadmoor
