Emergency Service Requests Include:

  • Power Failure
  • Toilet Stopped up in an apartment with one toilet
  • Severe Water Leak
  • No heat in temperatures below 68 degrees F.
  • No air conditioning in temperature over 80 degrees F or humidity is over 75%.
  • Sewer backed up
  • Unable to to lock front door (other than lost keys), we do not do lock outs
  • Security lights out in entire building
  • Stove, if all burners are out
  • Refrigerator not cooling

For fire, police or a medical emergency call 911.
