For 24 hour emergency repairs call (972) 257 0004 during and
after office hours.
Emergency Service Requests Include:
- Power Failure
- Toilet Stopped up in an apartment with one toilet
- Severe Water Leak
- No heat in temperatures below 68 degrees F.
- No air conditioning in temperature over 80 degrees F or humidity is over 75%.
- Sewer backed up
- Unable to to lock front door (other than lost keys), we do not do lock outs
- Security lights out in entire building
- Stove, if all burners are out
- Refrigerator not cooling
For fire, police or a medical emergency call
911.
All other requests for service may be submitted using the Online
Service Request Form. Or you may fill out a service request
form available in the Broadmoor Villas office.
